Job Description

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maximise every member and guest’s experience in our club.
• Support the sales and retention of memberships through excellent customer service.
• Contribute to the cleaning and hygiene standards of the club as required.
• Serve as a competent key holder, covering shifts as needed.
• Understand and operate the membership software system effectively.
• Stay updated with current Fitness Challenges, class descriptions, and gym floor focus, and participate accordingly.
• Assist the Fitness Manager with gym floor duties.
• Experience and promote the products and services offered.
• Maintain cleanliness standards of the facilities, supporting the team in upkeep.
• Drive secondary spend KPIs.
• Handle member complaints professionally and inform the relevant manager.
