Job Responsibilities:

• Maximise members' and guests' experience in the club.
• Support sales and retention of memberships through excellent customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of the club.
• Operate as a competent key holder, covering shifts as required.
• Understand and utilize membership software systems.
• Stay updated with current Fitness Challenges, Class descriptions, and gym floor focus; participate in these activities.
• Assist the Fitness Manager with gym floor duties.
• Experience and promote the products and services offered.
• Ensure facilities cleanliness exceeds expectations, supporting the team in upkeep.
• Achieve secondary spend KPI targets.
• Handle member complaints effectively and inform the relevant manager.

Qualifications and Skills:
