Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maximize every member and guest’s experience in our club.
• Support the sales and retention of memberships through excellent customer service.
• Contribute to the cleaning and hygiene standards of the club as required.
• Be a competent key holder, covering shifts as needed.
• Understand and operate the membership software system.
• Stay updated with current Fitness Challenges, Class descriptions, and gym floor focus, and participate in these activities.
• Assist the Fitness Manager with Gym Floor duties.
• Experience and promote the products and services offered.
• Maintain cleanliness of the facilities, supporting the team in upkeeping the club.
• Drive secondary spend KPI targets.
• Handle member complaints effectively and inform the relevant manager.

Must Be:

• Outgoing with a positive mindset.
• Competent in administrative duties.
• Driven, ambitious, and eager to learn and develop skills and behaviors specific to the role.
• Willing to participate in learning opportunities for career progression.
• Capable of performing operational key holder duties as required.
• Passionate about fitness, administration, and customer service.
