JD Gyms Watford, part of JD Group, is seeking a Membership Experience Manager to lead membership growth, deliver outstanding first impressions and build a strong local community. You’ll be the face of the JD Gyms brand in Watford, out on the gym floor and in the community, forging partnerships, driving commercial performance and delivering an exceptional member experience from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development or membership growth.
• Leadership experience within fitness, leisure, hospitality or retail.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial awareness and a target-driven mindset.
• Confidence engaging with new people and representing the JD Gyms brand.
• Passion for fitness and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Driving membership growth through community outreach and lead generation.
• Building corporate partnerships and local business relationships.
• Becoming the face of JD Gyms within Watford.
• Creating local marketing and networking opportunities.
• Delivering exceptional member experiences.
• Driving member retention and referrals.
• Supporting the day-to-day operation of the club.
