Job summary

Infinity Fitness Dawlish is a friendly, independent gym in Dawlish focused on welcoming and supporting every member. We seek a Membership & Social Media Coordinator for 2-4 days per week, with duties spanning member onboarding, admin, social posts, events, and partnerships.

You’ll help grow our community, assist the Front of House team during staffed hours, and shape a positive member experience in a local, energetic gym.

Qualifications

• Friendly, warm personality with strong people skills.
• Organised, reliable and comfortable with admin tasks and systems.
• Proactive with ideas for events and community engagement.
• Interest in fitness and wellbeing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Give each new member a great first experience from sign-up to settling in.
• Handle membership admin behind the scenes.
• Post on Facebook and Instagram to engage followers.
• Support the Front of House team during staffed hours.
• Show prospective members around and convert visits into memberships.
• Plan, host and run monthly member events.
• Research local businesses/events to build partnerships.

Part-time / Full Time | 2-4 days per week

Infinity Fitness is an independent, community-first gym in Dawlish. Our vision statement is "All Levels, One Goal", and we want every member to feel welcome, supported and motivated from their first visit.

We're looking for a friendly, organised Membership Coordinator to look after our members and help our community grow.

What you'll be doing

• Giving every new member a great first experience, from sign-up to settling in
• Handling membership admin behind the scenes
• Social Media Posts (Facebook / Instagram)
• Supporting the Front of House team during staffed hours
• Showing prospective members around and turning visits into memberships
• Planning, hosting and running our monthly member events
• Researching local businesses, events and offers to find partnerships and chances to grow

What we're looking for

• A warm, confident people person who enjoys meeting new faces
• Organised, reliable and comfortable with admin and systems
• Proactive, with ideas for events and community engagement
• An interest in fitness and wellbeing (a gym background is helpful but not essential)
• Customer service or sales experience is a bonus
