JD Gyms in Enfield is seeking a member-focused team member to create a welcoming experience for every visit. You will engage with members on the gym floor, deliver tours, run group classes, and lead inductions while supporting joining processes.

The role emphasizes high standards of cleanliness, safety, and brand representation. You will work with colleagues to maintain community energy efficiency and deliver excellent service based on feedback.

• Assist prospective members with joining JD Gyms as needed.
• Perform club standards checks and record results accurately.
• Maintain high club cleanliness and brand standards at all times.

• Monitor service delivery through performance and member feedback.
• Work safely in accordance with policies and legislation.

Role overview:

As a member of the JD Gyms team, you will play an important role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for members during every visit. Through member engagement, gym inductions, group exercise classes and maintaining high club standards, you will help deliver an exceptional member experience.

Responsibilities:

• Places member experience at the heart of everything you do by constantly engaging with members on the gym floor.
• Deliver welcoming and engaging prospective member tours in the club, in line with JD Gyms brand standards.
• Deliver engaging and inclusive group exercise classes.
• Deliver engaging and informative member inductions.
• Support prospective members with joining JD Gyms as required.
• Conduct club standards checks across the club, ensuring results are recorded accurately and in line with JD Gyms record keeping procedures.
• Provide ad hoc support to members as required or observed
• Ensure that club cleanliness standards are maintained to the highest level as set out by the Gym Management and Operations team.
• Maintain excellent brand standards at all times, ensuring the club is safe and compliant with all health and safety action points.
• Monitor our service delivery through our performance and member feedback.
• Work safely and in accordance with company policies, procedures and relevant legislation at all times.
• Support energy efficiency, environmental initiatives and responsible waste management practices across the club.
• Analysis and presentation of key data to support new ideas / initiatives / proposed developments.
