Job summary

tmactive seeks a self-motivated Membership Advisor to join the Angel Centre team in Tonbridge. The busy leisure facility offers a wide range of activities for the local community.

You will sell Health & Fitness Memberships to new and existing customers via walk-in and phone enquiries, while proactively generating leads and focusing on an excellent customer experience to aid retention. This is a 20 hours/week role.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling memberships or services to customers.
• Strong customer service focus and communication skills.
• Interest or background in leisure or fitness is advantageous.

tmactive are currently recruiting for a self-motivated and target driven Membership
Advisor to join our team at the Angel Centre. This is a very busy facility offering a
wide range of leisure pursuits for the local community.

As well as selling Health & Fitness Memberships to new and existing customers via
walk-in and telephone enquiries, the successful candidate will be expected to have
a proactive approach to generating sales leads and a focus on the customer
experience to aid retention.

The person we are looking for has a confident, friendly and enthusiastic manner
with a keen interest in the leisure industry. It is desirable for candidates to have a
background in either sales, customer service or the leisure industry.

Please note these shifts can be subject to change depending on business needs.
