Job summary

Leisure Solutions Community Trust, located at Aqua Vale Swimming & Fitness Centre, is seeking a Membership Sales Advisor to grow memberships and promote health and fitness services. The role emphasizes outreach to local businesses, tours for prospective members, and delivering positive visitor experiences.

The position is permanent, part-time (16 hours per week) with an 10:00–18:00 schedule, and offers benefits including free gym access for you and family, DBS checks, discounts, and pension

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales leads through outreach to local businesses, groups and communities.

• Manage incoming and outgoing sales calls and enquiries.
• Create and support marketing activity, including social media content.
• Track and report on daily, weekly and monthly sales performance against targets.
• Support the delivery of campaigns and promotions across the centre.

As a Membership Sales Advisor, you'll play a key role in helping more people access health, fitness and wellbeing opportunities. By building relationships, promoting services and creating positive experiences for every visitor, you'll support membership growth while making a positive impact on communities and helping people lead healthier, more active lives. Your work has purpose and contributes directly to a better future for the communities we serve.

Location: Aqua Vale Swimming & Fitness Centre, HP20 1DX
Hourly Rate: £10.85 to £12.71 plus commission and excellent benefits
Schedule: Permanent, Part-time, 16 hours per week, Monday & Saturday, 10am to 6pm

What you’ll do as a Membership Sales Advisor
