Job summary

Everyone Active is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated adviser to help grow our membership base and advise customers on the best options to achieve their fitness goals.

You will be a fantastic communicator in a fast-paced environment, motivated to hit targets, and a team player who can engage customers on the phone, in person, and via email. The role requires working days, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for engaging customers.
• Able to verbally persuade customers and explain membership options clearly.
• Comfortable contacting customers by phone, email and in person.

Responsibilities

• Advise existing and potential customers on membership options.
• Help expand the gym's membership base and achieve targets.
• Work across days, evenings and weekends.

Job description

The successful candidate will be responsible for helping expand Everyone Active's extensive membership base, advising both existing and potential customers on which membership option will best suit them in delivering their fitness and activity goals.

Everyone Active is currently seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual to take on this role who is ready to embrace our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week.
