Anderson Knight Limited in Glasgow is partnering with a well-established professional membership organisation to recruit a Customer Service Advisor on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension. The role operates on a hybrid basis from Glasgow City Centre, offering a 9am-5pm schedule with flexible start times.

The salary is £27,000 and onboarding includes a minimum of 3 months’ training.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a customer service environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Deliver a high standard of customer service through telephone, email and online communications.
• Manage customer enquiries and provide timely and accurate resolutions.
• Handle complaints at first point of contact where possible, escalating when required.
• Process applications, amendments and account updates accurately.
• Build positive relationships with customers and members.
• Provide guidance and information on products, services and membership options.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve service level targets.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and service delivery.
• Ensure all activity is carried out in line with company policies and procedures.
