No1 CopperPot Credit Union, a not-for-profit member-owned organisation serving the Police community, is seeking a customer service professional. You will respond to member needs across phone, email and in-person channels within a hybrid working setup.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent member service across channels (phone, email, in person).
• Comfortable with using technology and eager to learn new systems.
• Able to communicate clearly and professionally with members.

Responsibilities

• Promote values and ethics within the Credit Union.
• Deliver excellent customer service across channels.
• Interact with members face to face, by phone, email, inbox, and webchat.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements e.g. Treating Customers Fairly.
• Complete administrative tasks (update details, issue paperwork, post, statements).
• Manage member complaints per procedures.
• Assist with deceased and vulnerable member processes.
• Support projects as required.
