Job summary

Singapore Recreation Club is seeking a Membership Services Executive to manage membership processes, onboarding, and member inquiries with a focus on accuracy and timely responses.

You will greet members at the front desk, prepare documentation, and support club events and tours. The role requires strong MS Office skills, diplomacy, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma qualification with 2–3 years of relevant customer service or membership experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with membership software is a plus.
• Self-motivated with strong initiative and attention to detail.
• Good communication and people skills with a customer service orientation; able to interact professionally at all levels.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work independently or as part of a team.
• Based at the Membership office and Front Desk with possible shift rotations and event support.

Responsibilities

• Process new membership applications, transfers, resignations, and changes in status.
• Process family, spouse, and junior memberships and terminations.
• Maintain accurate membership records in the system and issue cards, decals, and welcome packs.
• Attend to member inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp and in person; provide timely responses.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve member issues and support club events.
