Job summary

Lighthouse Social, a contemporary private members club in London, invites an experienced events practitioner to lead programming and club utilisation. You will shape monthly member events within budget, collaborating with branding, partnerships, and spa teams to enhance engagement and value.

Responsibilities span from concept through delivery to post-event analysis, with a focus on cross-space activation, guest experience, and revenue-driven activations. This role is based on-site in London.

Qualifications

• Experience in events, programming, marketing, or hospitality.
• Ability to plan, execute and review programmes.
• Strong communication and copywriting skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the monthly member events programme within strategy and budget.
• Build programming reflecting club strategy to drive engagement and usage.
• Utilise programming across spaces and dayparts to boost visits.
• Research talent and concepts aligned with member interests and commercial goals.
• Own day-to-day delivery of events from concept to completion with briefs and guest lists.
• Coordinate room layouts, AV, F&B, and supplier access with lead time.
• Monitor bookings, attendance, and cancellations; adjust promotional activity as needed.
• Attend and host events to ensure high-quality member experience.
• Complete post-event reviews covering attendance, costs and learnings.
