You will shape the future proposition, build a powerful community and become a visible figurehead for the business, reporting directly to the owner and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Shape the strategy for membership, experiences and the wider proposition.
• Create an ambitious programme of exceptional events, parties, cultural initiatives and seasonal experiences.
• Lead at least two major club takeovers or large-scale experiential events each year.
• Build partnerships with influential people, premium brands and creative talent.
• Strengthen member engagement, community and the overall experience.
• Work with marketing, PR and the wider leadership team to elevate the brand.
• Drive commercial growth while challenging convention and introducing fresh thinking.
