David Lloyd Leisure Ltd in Worthing is looking for an Operations Assistant to support club operations and ensure members feel safe and have an excellent experience every day, seven days a week. You will help across the club with tasks like cleaning, opening and closing routines and greeting members.

The ideal candidate is passionate about customer service, a team player with strong communication skills, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service passion and teamwork orientation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Emergency Response Qualification is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support cleaning, opening and closing tasks across the club.
• Greet members and assist across departments.
