Qualifications

• Previous experience of working in a customer-centric, target-driven role (desirable but not essential).
• Strong interpersonal skills that make you approachable to members, prospects, and colleagues alike.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the point of contact for members, addressing inquiries and upholding meticulous administration and support standards.
• Create a welcoming presence throughout the club, from Front of House to new Member visits.
• Own membership targets, driving sales, retention and growth every month.
• Ensure activity targets are met to achieve net growth.
• Tailor membership offerings to meet individual needs and expand corporate memberships locally.
• Provide advice on Exercise Experience and Virgin Active products.
• Support smooth operation of the club and consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist with Duty Shift as needed, leading by example in club management.
