You will tailor membership options, advise on Exercise Experience and Virgin Active products, and support smooth club operations. A proactive, customer-centric mindset and strong communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-centric, target-driven role is desirable but not essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills making you approachable to members and colleagues.
• Good communication skills in all member interactions.

Responsibilities

• Act as the point of contact for members, elevating their member experience at every touchpoint.
• Create a warm, inviting atmosphere throughout the club, from Front of House to new member visits.
• Take ownership of membership targets, striving for sales, retention and growth each month.
• Ensure activity targets are met to achieve net growth.
• Tailor membership offerings to meet individual needs and expand corporate memberships locally.
• Provide advice on Exercise Experience and Virgin Active products.
• Support smooth club operations and consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
• Take on Duty Shift responsibilities as needed, leading by example in club management.
