Job summary

Gymbox Shepherds Bush is seeking a Host to deliver outstanding member experiences through exceptional service, dynamic club tours, and proactive support.

You will keep member areas clean and welcoming, assist with marketing campaigns and member administration, and cover flexible hours including weekends and evenings.

The role offers progression via the development program, 25 days holiday, a pension plan, and wellbeing benefits, with unlimited club access for you and a plus one.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable ability to deliver excellent member service.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Available for minimum 16 hours a week, for a minimum of a year.
• Willingness to work weekends and evenings.
• Experience in hospitality or fitness industry desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to members and prospects.
• Deliver club tours with up-to-date product information.
• Maintain cleanliness of member areas and gym floor.
• Stock towel area, vending and protein shake machine.
• Proactively report maintenance or facilities improvements.
• Open and close the club following checklists.
• Support marketing campaigns and member administration.
