Job summary

TrainMore is seeking a welcoming and energetic host to create memorable experiences for members and prospects across multiple UK clubs. You will deliver engaging club tours, maintain clean and inviting spaces, and support safety and daily operations while assisting marketing campaigns and member administration.

Flexibility for weekend/evening hours is required, with duties spanning guest services, tours, and club upkeep.

Qualifications

Demonstrable ability to deliver excellent member service.
Demonstrable commercial mindset and customer oriented approach.
Background in commercial economics, sports education, hospitality or related fields.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Resilience under pressure and ability to handle multiple situations.
Availability for at least 16 hours a week, for a minimum of one year.
Ability to work across multiple clubs and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to members and prospects in line with brand values.
Deliver engaging club tours to prospects, sharing up-to-date product information and following up.
Maintain cleanliness of member areas, gym floor, and vending areas; ensure top-level member experience.
Stock towel area, vending and protein shake machine; support maintenance requests.
Report facilities improvements and safety concerns promptly.
Open/close the club safely following checklists; support marketing campaigns and member administration.
