Responsibilities

• Engage with members on the gym floor to prioritise member experience.
• Deliver welcoming tours for prospective members.
• Lead engaging group exercise classes.
• Deliver engaging inductions for new members.
• Assist prospective members with joining JD Gyms as needed.
• Conduct club standards checks and record results.
• Provide ad hoc support to members as required.
• Maintain top cleanliness and safety standards as directed.
• Uphold JD Gyms brand standards and health & safety rules.
• Monitor service delivery and use feedback for improvements.
• Operate safely and legally while on duty.
• Contribute to energy/environmental initiatives and waste management.
