JD Gyms Swindon is seeking a motivated team member to deliver world-class member experiences on every visit. You will engage with members, lead gym inductions, and teach engaging group exercise classes while upholding cleanliness and health and safety standards.

You will represent the JD Gyms brand, welcoming prospective members and supporting joining processes, with flexibility in hours and a strong team spirit to serve our local community.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members on the gym floor to deliver world-class experiences.
• Deliver welcoming and engaging prospective member tours in line with JD Gyms brand standards.
• Deliver engaging group exercise classes.
• Deliver engaging and informative member inductions.
• Support prospective members with joining JD Gyms as required.
• Conduct club standards checks and record findings per procedures.
• Provide ad hoc support to members as required.
• Maintain club cleanliness standards to the highest level.
• Ensure brand standards and health and safety compliance.
• Monitor service delivery through performance and member feedback.
• Operate safely and legally at all times while employed by JD Gyms.
• Consider energy and waste management in operations.
• Analyze and present key data to support new ideas and initiatives.
