JD Gyms in the local community is looking for a hands-on fitness enthusiast to ensure a world-class member experience on every visit. You will engage members, conduct tours, lead group classes and deliver informative inductions in line with brand standards.

The role requires energy, resilience, and excellent communication, with flexibility in hours. You will contribute to a safe, clean, and welcoming club environment that supports member engagement and retention.

• Must have a passion for fitness, wellbeing and helping people.

• Be enthusiastic, eager to learn and flexible in approach to hours.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members on the gym floor to deliver world-class experience.
• Deliver welcoming tours and induct new members to JD Gyms.
• Lead engaging group exercise classes and maintain safety and energy on the floor.
• Support joining process for prospective members and provide information as needed.
• Maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the club.
