You will welcome prospective members, promote the JD Gyms experience, and uphold the brand standards while ensuring cleanliness, safety, and excellent service across the club.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members on the gym floor to uphold a world-class experience.
• Deliver welcoming tours to prospective members in line with brand standards.
• Lead engaging group exercise classes.
• Deliver informative member inductions.
• Support prospective members with joining JD Gyms as needed.
• Conduct club cleanliness and safety checks and record results.
• Provide ad hoc support to members as required.
• Maintain brand standards and a safe, compliant gym environment.
• Monitor service delivery via feedback and performance data.
• Ensure safe, legal working practices at all times.
• Promote energy efficiency and waste management across the club.
• Analyse data to support new ideas and initiatives.
