Job summary

JD Gyms in the East Midlands is looking for a Level 3 Personal Trainer to engage with members on the gym floor, lead group exercise classes, and deliver compelling inductions. You will drive a world-class member experience by upholding cleanliness, safety, and brand standards.

You will tour prospective members, support joining JD Gyms, run inductions, and monitor service delivery through member feedback. The role requires flexibility in hours and a passion for fitness, wellbeing, and community

Responsibilities

• Engage with members on the gym floor to deliver a world‑class experience.
• Provide welcoming tours for prospective members in line with brand standards.
• Deliver engaging group exercise classes.
• Conduct member inductions and ensure clear information flow.
• Assist prospective members with joining JD Gyms.
• Perform club standards checks and record results accurately.
• Offer ad hoc support to members when needed.
• Maintain the highest club cleanliness and safety standards.
• Uphold brand standards and health and safety compliance.
• Monitor service delivery via feedback and data insights.
• Work safely and legally while representing JD Gyms.
• Consider energy use, waste management and environmental concerns.
• Analyze data to support new ideas and initiatives.
