Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure Ltd in Southampton is seeking an Operations Assistant to help ensure our members feel safe and have an excellent experience every day, 7 days a week.

You will support departments across the club with tasks such as cleaning, opening and closing tasks, greeting members, and assisting teams to deliver smooth, welcoming service.

Qualifications

• Has an overall passion for customer service.
• A team player, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Emergency Response Qualification is desirable not essential for this role.
