David Lloyd Clubs in the United Kingdom is seeking an Operations Assistant to help ensure members feel safe and have an excellent experience every day, seven days a week. You will support across the club with cleaning, opening and closing tasks, greeting members, and backing teams as needed.

Qualifications

• Has a passion for customer service and member care.
• Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced club environment.
• Emergency Response Qualification is desirable but not essential.

• Support to ensure members feel safe and have an excellent experience every day, 7 days a week.
• Assist across departments with tasks such as cleaning, opening/closing duties, greeting members and supporting teams as needed.
