Bath & North East Somerset Council is hiring for a proactive Member Contact role within the Avon Pension Fund team. You will respond to member queries via website, telephone, letters and email, and support the Member Services Team to resolve complex enquiries.
Training will be provided; you will maintain and update member records, work collaboratively to meet service goals, and contribute to safeguarding and equality commitments.

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our Member Contact Team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
Training will be provided at all stages, along with an introduction to the work carried out by other areas within the Pensions department.
