Bank roles support permanent staff when gaps arise. This is flexible, not a permanent contract, and pays enhanced rates for weekends, nights, and bank holidays.

Bank work is flexible work to support when the need arises within the service. We use bank staff to support our permanent staff members when gaps are identified, (sickness/holidays/heightened demand). This is not a permanent contract of employment.
