Job summary

Carmichael are seeking a MEICA Project Manager to join the team working on Water Projects based in East Sussex. You will lead MEICA installations, manage NEC contract requirements, and drive safety, quality, and delivery across project lifecycles.

You will collaborate with clients, designers and subcontractors to plan, coordinate and deliver projects from inception to completion, ensuring value, risk control and timely decision-making.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and ability to manage Barhale MEICA team and clients.
• Team-oriented with ability to coordinate activities with clients' consultants and third parties.
• Strong organisational skills and methodical approach to work.
• Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work both in a team and independently under deadlines.
• Good time management to meet project milestones.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEICA project delivery from inception to completion.
• Manage NEC contract requirements, risk and change control.
• Oversee safety, wellbeing and quality on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with clients, designers, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Control costs and manage project reporting and decision-making.
• Maintain strong client relationships and effective communication throughout lifecycle.
