Job summary

Carmichael UK is seeking a MEICA Project Manager to lead water project delivery in East Sussex. You will oversee MEICA installation, manage NEICA/NEC contract requirements and drive value through risk, cost and schedule control. A strong safety culture is essential.

You will collaborate with clients, subcontractors and internal teams to deliver projects on time, within budget and to specification, while developing relationships and driving continuous improvement across the programme.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills to manage Barhale MEICA team, partners and clients.
• Strong leadership with ability to coordinate across design, construction and client teams.
• Good organisational skills with structured delivery and documentation.
• Methodical approach focusing on client, quality and risk management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver to time, cost and quality targets.
• Experience working with NEC contract frameworks and change control processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage MEICA projects from inception to completion.
• Plan, coordinate and manage project activities in NEC framework.
• Identify and manage risks, costs and benefits, with timely reporting.
• Ensure safety is paramount and drive a positive safety culture.
• Interface with clients, subcontractors, designers and internal teams.
• Manage procurement, supply chain, and contractor performance.
