Job summary

Kier Infrastructure Major Projects is seeking a MEICA Project Manager to join the United Utilities programme in the North West of England. You will oversee delivery of MEICA scope across multiple integrated schemes, from design to handover, with responsibilities spanning design integration, commissioning and performance reporting.

The role requires strong project leadership, experience in water sector projects, and a formal engineering qualification (BEng/HNC/ONC).

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar MEICA/infra role, preferably with water sector projects.
• Qualified Electrical or Mechanical engineer (BEng or equivalent).
• Strong design-to-handover capability for M&E packages and automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project reporting, KPI collation and status updates.
• Coordinate selection of M&E supply chain partners based on technical and commercial criteria.
• Ensure design integration of M&E package plants and control systems.
• Lead programme ownership from design through commissioning and handover.
• Develop and mentor project engineers, commissioning engineers and supervisors.
