Job summary

Gearing Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a MEICA Project Manager for water infrastructure projects on the Thames Water framework. The role focuses on delivering mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and controls systems across major schemes in the South, with emphasis on programme delivery and client liaison.

You will manage project programmes, support business development, monitor commercial performance with the team, oversee safety and regulatory compliance, and coordinate specialist

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Project Manager or MEICA Project Manager.
• Experience delivering water/wastewater or industrial projects.
• Strong MEICA systems knowledge and project delivery processes.
• Good commercial awareness and risk management capability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage project programmes and progress updates with planning teams.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and support business development activities.
• Monitor and review project commercial performance with commercial teams.
• Identify, manage, and report project risks, opportunities, and changes.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in compliance with programme requirements.
• Maintain compliance with statutory, regulatory, and company standards.
• Manage specialist subcontractors and supply chain partners.
• Coordinate and liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Oversee asset management and commissioning activities prior to handover.

Duties for MEICA Project Manager

• Manage project programmes and progress updates in collaboration with planning teams
