Job summary

Village Hotels is seeking a proactive Meetings & Events Team Member to deliver outstanding service across corporate conferences and celebrations. You will greet guests confidently, ensure safety, and help create a genuine, memorable visit in a busy events environment.

Responsibilities

• Space & Standards: set up and service meeting/event spaces to brand standards with attention to detail.
• Tech Savvy Operations: operate AV equipment safely and smoothly for events.
• Food & Drink Flare: serve refreshments and upsell where appropriate.
• Pride in the House: keep spaces tidy and equipment stored safely after shifts.
• Shift Safety: comply with Health and Safety, Fire Regulations, Food Safety and licensing laws.
