Hand Picked Hotels is seeking a knowledgeable Meeting & Events Co-ordinator for dual sites at Slaughters Country Inn and Slaughters Manor House. This full-time, permanent role involves planning and delivering memorable meetings, private celebrations, and events with meticulous attention to detail and exemplary guest service.

You will work 40 hours per week, five days out of seven, including weekends on a rota, with an hourly rate of £13.50 plus a share of service charges and colleague benefits.

Qualifications

• Experienced in coordinating meetings and events.
• Strong customer-focused service-minded approach.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Create memorable meetings, corporate retreats, private celebrations and events from enquiry to delivery.
• Coordinate event logistics and liaise with suppliers.
• Arrange accommodation and dining and ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Work with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and attention to detail.
