Job summary

Hand Picked Hotels is seeking a Dual Site Senior Meeting & Events Co-ordinator for Slaughters Country Inn & Slaughters Manor House in the Cotswolds. The role leads the planning and delivery of meetings, corporate retreats, private celebrations and special events across two venues.

You will oversee the full lifecycle from enquiry to post-event evaluation, driving revenue opportunities and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

What will the role involve?

As a Senior Meeting & Events Coordinator, you will take a lead role in the planning, management, and successful delivery of a diverse portfolio of meetings, corporate retreats, private celebrations, and special events within one of the Cotswolds' most picturesque venues. Acting as the senior point of contact for clients and key stakeholders, you will oversee the entire event lifecycle, from initial enquiry and proposal through to execution and post-event evaluation, ensuring exceptional service standards are consistently achieved. You will be responsible for driving revenue opportunities, managing complex event logistics, developing strong relationships with clients and suppliers, and supporting the wider team to deliver seamless and memorable guest experiences. With a proactive and commercially minded approach, you will champion operational excellence, mentor junior team members, and ensure every event reflects the outstanding hospitality, quality, and charm that define The Slaughters Country Inn.

This is a full-time role working 5 days out of 7 including weekends on a rota basis, 40 hours per week, which may vary depending on business.
