Hand Picked Hotels is seeking a Meeting & Events Coordinator for Slaughters Country Inn & Slaughters Manor House in the Cotswolds. You will coordinate every aspect of events from enquiry through delivery, ensuring exceptional service within a warm, authentic country-house ambience.

Responsibilities include managing event logistics, liaising with suppliers, coordinating accommodation and dining, and delivering memorable guest experiences for UK guests.

As a Meeting & Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating memorable meetings, corporate retreats, private celebrations, and special events within one of the Cotswolds' most picturesque venues. Working closely with guests, clients, and internal teams, you will coordinate every aspect of an event from initial enquiry through to successful delivery, ensuring exceptional service and attention to detail throughout. This is a full-time role working 5 days out of 7 including weekends on a rota basis, 40 hours per week, which may vary depending on business. Flexible working hours can be accommodated where possible.
