Hand Picked Hotels is seeking a knowledgeable Meeting & Events Co-ordinator for dual sites at Slaughters Country Inn and Slaughters Manor House. This full-time, permanent role involves planning and delivering memorable meetings, private celebrations, and events with meticulous attention to detail and exemplary guest service.

You will work 40 hours per week, five days out of seven, including weekends on a rota, with an hourly rate of £13.50 plus a share of service charges and colleague benefits.

What will the role involve?

As a Meeting & Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating memorable meetings, corporate retreats, private celebrations, and special events within one of the Cotswolds' most picturesque venues. Working closely with guests, clients, and internal teams, you will coordinate every aspect of an event from initial enquiry through to successful delivery, ensuring exceptional service and attention to detail throughout. The role involves managing event logistics, liaising with suppliers, coordinating accommodation and dining arrangements, and delivering a seamless guest experience that reflects the warm hospitality and charm of The Slaughters Country Inn. This is a full-time role working 5 days out of 7 including weekends on a rota basis, 40 hours per week, which may vary depending on business. Flexible working hours can be accommodated where possible.
