Splendid Hospitality Group at Hilton London Bankside is seeking a Meeting & Events Porter. This permanent, full-time on-site role supports our events team in delivering memorable experiences across intimate meetings and large-scale functions.

You will join the events operations team to greet organisers, meet guest needs, and ensure seamless event delivery. A polished appearance and strong teamwork are essential for success in this setting.

Responsibilities

• Think on your feet to meet clients' needs, anticipate and respond to guest needs promptly, maintaining a positive, can-do attitude.
• Have great communication skills: greeting organisers, ensuring guests' needs are met and working with others to achieve KPIs.
• Complete opening and closing duties, restocking, maintaining cleanliness, while presenting a polished and professional appearance.
• Communicate effectively with organisers, colleagues, and supervisors to ensure smooth event operations.
• Deliver exceptional, professional service throughout each event, ensuring guest satisfaction at every stage.
