Leonardo Hotel Management (UK) Limited is seeking a Meetings and Events Porter who brings a warm, friendly personality to a busy hotel environment. You will be the face of the M&E team, setting up, refreshing and clearing rooms to Leonardo standards and ensuring guests have a first-class experience.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, able to work alone at times and collaborate with colleagues during large events, with a can-do attitude and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with guests and organizers.
• Ability to think on your feet to meet clients’ needs.
• Comfortable working alone at times and in large events.

As a Meetings and Events (M&E) Porter you’ll be a face of the hotel, so we want you to bring your warm and friendly personality to work with you every day.

Take a deep breath because you’ll be stepping into a busy role! This is a hands‑on position within the M&E department; with great attention to detail you’ll be setting up, refreshing and clearing rooms to the high Leonardo standard!

You’ll work as part of a vibrant team to ensure all guests have a first‑class experience with us.

• Be yourself!

• Have great communication skills: you’ll be greeting organisers, ensuring guests’ needs are met and working with others to achieve the department’s KPIs
