Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Product Management and/or Marketing within Life Sciences or MedTech.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
• Strong technical marketing expertise with a proven ability to develop and execute growth strategies.
• Experience working in a large, matrixed organization.
• International business exposure is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute portfolio and marketing strategies aligned with global and regional priorities.
• Own the product lifecycle from commercialization through discontinuation.
• Build insights from market, customer, and competitive data to inform strategy.
• Create compelling value propositions and portfolio plans across segments and channels.
• Develop and localize marketing content, tools, and sales enablement materials.
• Support tender strategies and pricing in line with global/regional frameworks.
• Drive customer engagement initiatives and campaign execution.
• Deliver product training to commercial teams and stakeholders.
• Support demand planning, forecasting, and opportunity management.
• Monitor portfolio performance and KPIs against milestones.
• Provide upstream input to support future portfolio development and innovation.
