Job summary

Apotech seeks a results-driven Sales and Business Development professional to drive growth for its MedTech BU. You will build and execute the sales plan, govern key accounts, and respond to complex RFPs while shaping pricing and frameworks with Procurement.

You'll cultivate strong relationships with technical decision-makers and strategic partners, expand major accounts, and coordinate with regulatory, quality, and post-market teams to deliver comprehensive services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Regulatory within medtech.
• Proven track record in business development and client relationships.
• Experience managing complex projects and cross-functional teams.
• Startup mindset with resourcefulness, action bias, and results orientation.
• Confident, fast-thinking professional with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute the BU sales action plan aligned with company strategy.
• Run account governance and develop matching action plans.
• Identify new prospects and candidate pools.
• Respond to large RFPs and contribute to pricing and frameworks.
• Raise Apotech's profile through events and industry engagement.
• Act as client contact for references and escalations and grow key accounts.
• Provide strategic guidance on complex client issues and coordinate with other BUs.
• Manage full deal lifecycle, negotiations, and contractual compliance.
