Job summary

TTP is seeking a Global Business Development Lead for Advanced Therapies to own the BD strategy and build strategic relationships with senior decision-makers across the global therapies market.

Based at our Cambridge campus, you will collaborate with world-class engineers and scientists to translate capabilities into commercial opportunities, and travel extensively to develop markets and client partnerships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2.1 degree in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline.
• Deep knowledge of Advanced Therapies manufacturing processes and equipment, and GMP qualification.
• Proven ability to build industry networks and senior decision-maker relationships.
• Entrepreneurial approach to identifying unmet client needs and translating capability into commercial success.
• Strong awareness of current trends in cell and gene therapy development and manufacturing.
• Track record of opening new markets and generating opportunities through relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own the global business development plan for Advanced Therapies partnerships.
• Identify opportunities with senior decision-makers and convert to engagements.
• Build and maintain relationships with new prospects and existing clients.
• Collaborate with engineers and scientists to shape market-facing campaigns and materials.
