Qualifications

• Computer skills to navigate multiple programs (Gmail/Docs, Word, Excel).
• US work authorization is required.
• CRM experience is a plus.
• Multilingual abilities are beneficial in diverse communities.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with navigating medicare and insurance issues including coverage, benefits, eligibility and maximizing plan value.
• Serve as internal resource in the clinic on insurance questions for providers and staff.
• Help patients navigate the healthcare system and resolve medical bills, advocating for the patient.
• Build trust with patients to advise on healthcare coverage options.
• Manage welcome visits and orientation for new patients.
• Educate patients on applying for public benefits and prescription assistance.
• Support clinic management on scheduling and billing as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Engage patients through events and center tours.
