Optima Health Medical Assessments partners with Serco, the UK Ministry of Defence, and AFRS to recruit candidates for the Armed Forces. As a Medical Technician, you will deliver medical assessments, perform biometric checks, and document results on the candidate portal.

You will work from a base clinic with occasional travel and potential weekend work for uplift rates. The role requires healthcare experience, proficiency in audiometry and spirometry, and strong communication and organisational

Qualifications

• Healthcare experience delivering medical assessments.
• Competent in audiometry and spirometry.
• ECG experience desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 6–7 Pre-Service Medical Assessments per day, documenting biometric findings.
• Record and report biometric results on clinical IT systems.
• Act as chaperone and maintain candidate dignity and privacy.
