Optima Health Medical Assessments is proud to partner with Serco, the UK Ministry of Defence, and consortium partners to support the recruitment of the next generation of the UK's Armed Forces through the Armed Forces Recruitment Service (AFRS). As a Medical Technician, you will play a key role in delivering medical assessments for candidates applying to join the UK Armed Forces. Working as part of the Pre-Service Medical Assessment team at one or more clinic sites, you will carry out a range of biometric and medical assessments, accurately record findings on the candidate portal, and support the delivery of a professional and efficient candidate experience. This role would be working from Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work if required (with uplift hourly rate).
We have start dates available throughout the year, commencing from January 2027.
