• Medical Secretary with strong typing expertise.
• Understanding of clinical correspondence standards.
• Experience with medical transcription software (MModal) is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide full secretarial support to Plastic Surgery Consultants and teams.
• Type and format clinical letters, reports and general correspondence to a high standard.
• Manage outpatient and inpatient waiting lists in line with targets.
• Liaise with Booking Centre, Patient Access, Theatres and Ward teams to coordinate pathways.
• Schedule clinics, surgical procedures and admissions to optimise theatre utilisation.
