You will provide vital administrative support to consultants, junior doctors and clinical staff, manage clinics and correspondence, and supervise a small admin team.
This office-based role requires travel between sites within Coventry and Warwickshire, with e-expenses reimbursed.

We are looking for a highly organised Medical Secretary to join our Children & Young Peoples support services team to provide vital administrative support to consultant psychiatrists, junior doctors, and healthcare staff, as well as supervise/manage a small team of junior administrative staff. The role is office-based, and you will work out of Whitestone Clinic, Nuneaton, although some travel may be required across a variety of sites within Coventry and Warwickshire. The ability to travel independently between the sites is a requirement of the role. Travel between sites during the working day will be reimbursed via e-expenses. We are a team committed to excellence, respect, and integrity. As a key first point of contact, you will help ensure smooth day-to-day work loads, manage clinics and correspondence, and coordinate a wide range of tasks alongside your administrative team. Working collaboratively with the Senior Admin Lead and wider administrative team, you'll offer management support to junior staff, uphold confidentiality, and support the consistent delivery of high-quality patient care.
