University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust is seeking a specialised, confidential clerical administrator to support the Cardiology Services team with patient-centred administration and secretarial duties in line with local and national standards.
You will book appointments for three Cardiology Consultants, maintain up-to-date clinical documentation, and coordinate with the Booking Centre, Patient Access and Outpatient teams to keep waiting lists accurate and clinics running
To provide a specialised, comprehensive and confidential patient centred clinical administration and secretarial service to the Cardiology Services team in accordance with Departmental, Trust and National standards, policies and procedures. To act as a source of advice and guidance regarding the specialism for patients.
