NHS Scotland in Glasgow is seeking a friendly Patient Advisor / Medical Receptionist to join our split-site GP Practice. The role involves patient contact, appointment management, administrative tasks and ensuring smooth day-to-day running.

Hours are typically full-time over four days per week with one day off; part-time hours may be negotiated for the right candidate. Experience with EMIS/VISION/Docman is desirable but training will be provided.

Formación

• Strong communication and outstanding customer service skills.
• Good IT skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with EMIS, VISION or Docman is desirable but not required.
• Ability to work calmly in a busy GP practice environment.

ExperienceofEMIS/VISIONandDocmanis desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Hours of Work

The Practice is openMonday to Friday, 8.00am to 6.00pm.
