The Hyde in Leeds is seeking a full-time medical receptionist/care navigator to cover maternity leave for one year on a fixed-term contract. The role supports the clinical team to deliver high-quality care for our patients.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30–15.45 with one late shift 10.45–18.30 on a Tuesday. Face-to-face and telephone contact with patients, plus administrative duties, are central to the position.

• Experience in reception roles.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
